Shipping time

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days.

Our delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard – €5.95: Economy delivery with tracking, ideal for non-urgent orders.

  • Expedited – €9.98: Faster delivery with priority tracking to receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Shipments are made by Colissimo via, 4x or FedEx.

Delivery method

Deliveries are handled by FedEx or national public carriers such as La Poste/Chronopost for France, Bpost for Belgium, and Swisspost for Switzerland. For other countries, deliveries are handled by national postal services.

In order to ensure smooth delivery and the indicated delivery time, we invite you to provide all information relating to the delivery, in particular the exact delivery address as well as any access code to the delivery address.

Restrictions

However, it is not possible for the customer to choose the carrier. No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays. Some areas do not deliver on Saturdays.

Signature

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.

Processing of packages not delivered by service providers

These are the packages that were not delivered to the customer for the following reasons: Does Not Live at the Indicated Address (NPAI), Unclaimed package, Refused package, Storage period exceeded, Transport damage, Theft, etc.

NPAI: These are packages returned by the delivery service provider for the following reason: incomplete or incorrect address.

Unclaimed or Storage Time Exceeded: These are packages not claimed by customers at the collection point within the allotted time.

Refused: These are packages refused by the customer at the time of delivery by the transport provider.

After receiving returns for reasons such as "NPAI", "Unclaimed", "Exceeded storage period" or "Refused", a voucher will be credited to the customer account used to place the order within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
