Shipping time

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

Our delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from the date of shipment.

Shipping costs

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard – €5.95: Economy delivery with tracking, ideal for non-urgent orders.

  • Expedited – €9.98: Faster delivery with priority tracking to receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods

Shipments are made via Colissimo, 4x or FedEx.

Delivery method

Deliveries are handled by FedEx or national public carriers such as La Poste/Chronopost for France, Bpost for Belgium, and Swisspost for Switzerland. For other countries, deliveries are handled by national postal services.

To ensure the smooth running and delivery time indicated, we invite you to provide all the information relating to the delivery in particular the exact delivery address as well as any possible access code to the delivery address.

Restrictions

However, the customer cannot choose the carrier. No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays. Some areas are not served on Saturdays.

Signature

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.

Handling of undelivered packages by service providers

These are packages that were not delivered to the customer for the following reasons: Address not given (NPAI), Unclaimed package, Refused package, Exceeded storage time, Damage in transit, Theft...

NPAI: These are packages returned by the delivery service provider for the following reason: incomplete or incorrect address.

Unclaimed or Storage time exceeded: These are parcels not claimed by customers at the collection point within the allotted time.

Refused: These are packages refused by the customer at the time of delivery by the transport provider.

After receiving returns for reasons such as "NPAI", "Unclaimed", "Storage time exceeded" or "Refused", a voucher will be credited to the customer account used to place the order within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
